    My Herbalife Journey

    When I joined Herbalife, I wanted to shed some body fat, but most of all I needed energy as I was suffering from chronic fatigue, I was also on chronic medication for asthma, sinus and acne, quite a mess! The products worked wonders for me: within days I had incredible energy and as a bonus I have lost 10kg and dropped 4 dress sizes which I have managed to keep off for 5 years now. The best news however and the reason why I am so passionate about my business, is the fact that all my health problems are something of the past.     My name is Dalene Swiegers. I was introduced to the Herbalife product range in 1998. After 2 months on the weight loss programme, I lost 9kg. My husband, Riaan lost 22 kg and came down from a size 40 pants to a size 34. Both of us experienced a tremendous boost in our energy levels!     Shattered Leg & Weight Maintenance

    In 2007 I was fat and tired of not fitting in my cloths. I lost 16kg in a month and my energy levels went through the roof. I felt good and looked good and have kept it off by taking my shake every morning.

    In January 2009 I shattered my leg in a motor bike accident and I was told I would be on crutches for a year. I had my ankle screwed together and a metal pin inserted in the leg. I was getting married in May and was desperate to get off crutches by then. I started on the products and wonders start happening. I was able to hobble around on my wedding day but still needed the crutches on honeymoon. A month later I was off the crutches which was 6 months earlier than expected.
